Daydream Sydney

Daydream is a Hack Club hackathon where teens spend a weekend building a game from scratch; Sydney's edition was Australia's largest high school hackathon (at the time).

I was the lead organiser managing 16 organisers. 150+ participants (some flew in from Melbourne). ~$30,000 in sponsorship value (venue excluded). Sponsored by Jane Street, Spark Edu, etc.
