Campfire Sydney

Campfire is a Hack Club hackathon where teens spend a weekend building creative software projects together; Sydney's edition was the largest in the Southern Hemisphere (at the time).

I was the lead organiser managing 17 organisers + 4 mentors. Our event had 200+ participants from 48+ High Schools. ~$23,000 in sponsorship value (venue excluded). Sponsored by Logitech, Jet Brains, GitHub, etc.
